I haveĀ entered the fitness industry to provide personal training and nutrition guidance based on the simple science and facts of fitness, weight loss, and nutrition that often times get lost in all the health and weight loss industry hype.

My ability to build a unique connection with my clients comes from my own personal journey towards a healthier lifestyle. Having been overweight myself, my passion for fitness and nutrition stem from its ability to transform our lives. I lost 85 pounds over the course of a year, and ran my first 5k, 10k, and half marathon by sticking to the fundamental principles of nutrition and weight loss, while training to improve my stability, strength, and overall fitness. No supplements, quick solutions, or unsustainable diets and workout programs.
